Guarding against the recession

With the economic climate still tough for many manufacturing companies, Solon Systems aims to ensure that its machinery guarding systems are closely tailored to meet current regulations at the most economical cost.

The company says its range of standard guards are well designed, robust and generally easy to fit. Most are fitted with integrated micro switches as standard. Valmer guards are supplied for Lathes, Milling Machines, Drilling Machines, Grinding machines and almost any metal cutting machinery likely to be found in manufacturing /College/Training Establishment workshops and toolrooms.

Solon Systems also provides PUWER98 Compliance Surveys including detailed costing for any remedial work required. Where special guarding is required Solon Systems will design, manufacture & fit at cost effective prices.
