Ensuring CDM Regs compliance
February 1st 2010

Any company undertaking a new industrial project may be governed by CDM regulations. However, understanding the rules and ensuring they are adhered to is often confusing. CDM experts Dynamic Systems believe that's why an increasing number of companies are turning to experts such as themselves to ensure that they comply with the regulations.

CDM rules place legal responsibilities on businesses to ensure that work is carried out to specific guidelines and that contractors have the skills, experience and competence to meet these requirements.

Dynamic Systems can advise customers on whether or not a project is subject to CDM rules and how to deal with the implications.

CDM regulations apply to any project where five or more construction workers will be on site at any one time.
